Complete the survey to ensure your family is eligible for the 2025 summer EBT card.
The survey must be completed by December 6, 2024, and it’s quick and easy to do through your Genesis Parent Portal.

How to Complete the Survey:
– Log in to your Genesis Parent Portal.
– Click on FORMS > School Meal Benefits & Summer EBT Application.
– Fill out the required information and submit it.
