About Our Administrators
Dr. Casella, Principal
Starting my 32nd year within the Camden City school district, I am both honored and humbled to serve another year as Principal of Cooper's Poynt Family School. Our goal at Cooper's Poynt is to ensure that all students are welcomed, valued and loved. We will also provide instruction that meets the needs of every student so that they may strive to their full potential. I will also continue to lead with love, providing students and families the education that they deserve and expect when they choose Cooper's Poynt School. I look forward to another year and as always I am here to serve.
Lead Educator, Jeffrey Grossman
My name is Jeff Grossman, and I am honored to serve as the Lead Educator of Cooper's Poynt Family School. This will be my 17th year as a proud public-school employee of Camden City School District. Some of you may remember me from my time teaching at Forest Hill Elementary School and the Early Childhood Development Center. While working as a teacher, I attended graduate school at Rutgers University and obtained my school administrator certification. I made the transition from classroom instructor to school administrator in 2014, and continue to be appreciative of the fact that I get to work with incredible public educators in this district each and every day. Prior to joining the Cooper’s Poynt family, I worked at Cramer College Preparatory Lab School, Forest Hill Elementary School, and most recently at Morgan Village Middle School as a Lead Educator. I know that we are going to have an amazing year at Cooper’s Poynt and will work together to ensure that our amazing school is a place where all of our scholars can learn, grow, and pursue their academic dreams.
