Health and Social Services Coordinator
Health and Social Services Coordinator, Ms. Denisha Warren, MS LPC ACS , born and bred in Queens, NY making South Jersey home was a rocky transition, after completing higher education in Clinical and Counseling Psychology-child, adolescent and family focus at Rutgers-Camden and Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, respectively. Coming back to work in the small, robust and pulsating city in which her undergrad was pursued has been nothing short of fulfilling. With her clinical training and expertise in emotional, mental and overall wellness health, making a mark with the youth and families in Camden city was not only a sincere desire, but divinely designed.
Youth Development Specialist, Mrs. Astride Leary, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, but has a fondness for Camden City due to her husband being native of the City and the growing to love the bond and connection that Camden City resonates. Her background stems from education, due to her extensive experience as a former educator in South Korea and in Delaware. Her skills in youth development and positive behavior systems serves as invaluable to the mission and vision of “The Connect”- SBYS program.
