Nomination Form for WWHS Athletic Hall of Fame:

Anyone can submit a nomination for an outstanding athlete. All nominations will be reviewed by the Executive Committee of the Woodrow Wilson High School Alumni Association.

Criteria for induction:

● The candidate must have excelled in athletics as a student at WWHS or as an athlete after graduation.

● The candidate must have officially graduated from WWHS.

● The candidate must have completed a minimum of 2 years of high school at WWHS.

● The candidate must have graduated at least five years prior to the year of induction being considered.

● A candidate must be someone who has demonstrated sound character, good citizenship, and leadership during high school career and beyond.
