We hope this letter finds you well. We are delighted to inform you that all students who applied for the summer program have been accepted! Congratulations to your child for securing a spot in this exciting opportunity. 

We understand that you may have some questions or would like more information about the summer program. To address any queries or concerns you may have, we have arranged for your child's teacher to give you a call this week. They will introduce themselves, provide further details about the program, and give you the opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have.

We believe that this summer program will be a fantastic experience for your child. It will provide them with valuable learning opportunities, fun activities, and a chance to make new friends. We have carefully designed the program to ensure an enriching and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that transportation will be available for the summer program. We have arranged pick-up and drop-off points at convenient locations to make it easier for families to ensure their child can attend the program. Please refer to the following sites for transportation:

Drop Off Locations: (guardians should be at drop off by 2:30pm to receive students)

Transportation companies will reach out to families this week to confirm pick up and drop off time. It is essential that your child arrives at the designated pick-up point on time to avoid any delays. We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that your child is ready and prepared for transportation each day of the program.
