Students Working to Access Greatness (S.W.A.G.) Program

The Camden City School District’s Students Working to Access Greatness (SWAG) Program is a six week summer youth employment program for Camden City middle and high school students with a long rich history of over 35 years.
SWAG’s mission is to provide Camden City students with a meaningful summer experience that will successfully prepare them for future employment.
Student employment is a partnership that benefits the student, and your school community. We consider this program to be an investment in our students, especially as we continue to develop and explore opportunities for student success. Summer Student Employment has several advantages, such as work experience, training, career exposure, and last, but not least, financial rewards. During orientation, students will develop and enhance personal and professional skills, responsibility, habits, attitudes, and self-confidence that will contribute to future success.
These are all the reasons we invite your scholars to apply now. Completed applications should be returned to your school’s FOC, to the District Solution Center (1033 Cambridge St.) by Friday, June 2, 2023, or email it to SWAG at swag@nullcamden.k12.nj.us.
