Virtual School Board Meeting
In response to the public health related school closures, the Camden City School District Advisory Board will conduct the April 28th Board meeting virtually.
All residents are invited to 'attend' the meeting and/or participate in the Public Comment portion of the meeting by following the directions below.
How to Watch the Meeting:
The virtual meeting will be live-streamed on the following platform:

To watch the meeting, simply click on the above link at the time of the meeting to view the live broadcast.
Consistent with the district’s normal practice, the meeting will be recorded and shown on Channel 19 and YouTube. Please be aware that it will not be aired on Channel 19 live.
How to Participate in the Public Portion of the Meeting:
Similar to in-person board meetings, we are requesting individuals seeking to comment at the board meeting sign up in advance. A virtual sign-up sheet will be made available in advance of the meeting on the District’s website and at the following links:
The sign-up sheet will be available for 24 hours prior to the meeting, and will close 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
You may select one of the following options for providing comment during the meeting:
Option 1:   Complete this form to write your comment. Your comment will be read aloud during the meeting by the District’s General Counsel.
Option 2:   Complete this form to call directly into the meeting to make a public comment.  Call-in information will be located on the District’s advisory board webpage in advance of the meeting.
Please note that the typical rules for public comment will be followed during the virtual board meeting, including limiting all comments to 3 minutes.
Accessing the Agenda:
The Board agenda for the meeting will be accessible on the Advisory Board’s webpage, located at the following: https://camdencityschools.org/about-us/advisory-board/.  The agenda will be posted at least one hour prior to the start of the meeting.
