Need help solving a problem about your child’s education? Follow this simple two-step process.
STEP 1: Speak with the Family & Operations Coordinator at your child's school
You can find the name and cell phone number of your Family & Operations Coordinator here, or by calling 856-966-2507.
Family & Operations Coordinators will get back to you within two school days of you sharing your concern. Every outcome will not necessarily be what you want, but Family & Operations Coordinators will work with you to try and find a solution. Please be patient and understanding, as they are trying to solve many problems at once.
STEP 2: The District Solutions Center provides support on broader policy matters, District-wide issues, and escalated concerns.
Make sure you contact your Family & Operations Coordinator before trying the Solutions Center—the Solutions Center will collaborate with your Family & Operations Coordinator to resolve your issue.
When you contact the Solutions Center, remember to:
1. Be specific—start with who/what/when/where/how/why—and have any supporting papers ready.
2. Come with a desired resolution in mind—what would you like the outcome to be?
3. Stay constructive—we want to work with you to resolve this challenge and help make sure it doesn’t happen again.
